You lead the builds, I lead the growth, and we own it half each. Same name on the van, same shirt.
The idea
A new company called Vision Wellness. Saunas, cold plunges, garden rooms and home gyms. We wouldn't be client and supplier any more, we'd be partners.
Seb
Your builds stay the reason people buy. You lead every job and the people on it.
Lloyd
Brand, content, ads, website, leads and follow up. My production team comes with me, and I'm on camera next to you.
Together
Owned 50/50. Profit split 50/50. We go in together and we grow it together.

Us at your first shoot, September 2025.
Where we've already got to
That was a small budget, one look, and me as your supplier. I think we can do a lot more with everything behind it.
What we've got to work with
Your builds, shot on 5 November. Most trades can't look like this.

The evolution
The work is already brilliant. Online, it doesn't show yet.

| Today | 2027 | |
|---|---|---|
| Name | Vision Saunas | Vision Wellness |
| What we sell | Saunas | Saunas, cold plunges, garden rooms, home gyms, full retreats |
| Who's behind it | You | Two partners and a production team |
| On camera | You, one look | Both of us |
| Website | Template site | Custom built, made to get enquiries |
| Enquiries | Your phone | One system, followed up for you |
| Standard sauna | About £15k | Maybe from £18k + VAT |
That could be about £3k more on a standard sauna, before VAT. It's the same build with the same care, and the extra goes straight to the business.
The range
You already build saunas and decks. The rest is close to what you do, so we give it a name and a price.

From £18k

Sauna, plunge, deck and shower. From £35k

From £6k

From £30k

Priced per job
Rough starting prices before VAT, for us to go through together. Bespoke garden saunas in the UK start around £20k.
How we'd price it
Your recent sauna took 15 days and made £7,000 after costs, which is about £470 a day on site. So here's a first go at pricing everything else the same way.
| Build | Rough days | Rough profit | Could start from |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sauna | 15 | £7,000 | £18k |
| Cold plunge | 5 | £2,300 | £6k |
| Garden room or gym | 20 | £9,300 | £30k |
| Full retreat | 25 | £11,700 | £35k |
| Decks and bars | Per job | £470 a day | Per job |
All first guesses, before VAT. We'd redo these together against your real costs, and I'd expect them to change.
The brand
A simple V for Vision, with your eye lifted out as the dot. The sharp flat top comes from the Hunt Visuals h, and the colour runs from your orange into my gold. It's a first go, and a designer would finish it.

An option to talk through
There are two ways we could set this up, and I'd want your take on it. Either way we could start as one and split out later.

Option 1
Everything sits under Vision Wellness, with one website and one Instagram. It's simpler to run, and every build helps the same name. It's what the mock ups further down show.

Option 2
Each part gets its own name and colour, a bit like you see with other companies, such as All Solar Works. Each one speaks straight to the person buying it, but there's more to look after.
It's the same V every time, and the dot changes for each one: the heat, a drop of water, a garden room and a weight plate.

Mock ups, and the names and colours are only a starting point.
The upgrade
Everywhere someone meets the business, it should look as good as what you build.

An ad with both of us in it. They tap through to a site that looks like what you build.

A proper page for every build, with real prices, so the people who get in touch can afford it.

The 3D design and the price on their phone, plus a folder you hand over at the visit.

Same van, same shirts, and a board outside that the neighbours walk past for three weeks.

Polo, cap and quarter zip for everyone on site, you and me included.

Their robes on the bench, and a plaque on the wall with our name on it for good.

We film the best builds, and each film brings in the next customer.

A stand at a home show in 2028, if the first year goes how we want it to.
Who does what
Clear lines, so nobody's carrying it all. Every customer still gets you for the build.
The deal
This is only how I'd start the conversation. Nothing here is fixed.
You put in
Over 15 years on the tools, the Vision name and your builds so far. You lead every job, and your reputation is on every one.
I put in
The ads, the filming, the editing and my team's costs come out of my pocket for the first six months. Obviously it's a lot of stuff I'm still covering, and that's before my time and my kit, but I'm happy to because I believe in this.
| Ownership | A new company, 50/50. |
| The risk | Shared. If it works we both do well, and if it doesn't we both feel it. |
| Start small | We test the ads and see what comes back. We put more in once the results are there. |
| From month 7 | If it's working, the business pays for its own marketing, before we split anything. |
| Profit | Split 50/50 after all costs. |
| Check ins | End of March, June and September. If it isn't working, we say so. |
| If we stop | We stop clean. You keep Vision Saunas and your builds. |
The goal
I don't expect us to hit 26 builds in the first year, but I think we can grow to that number, so it's the target I'd aim at. I don't want to try a month and see how it goes. I want to give it a proper year and build from there.
Company set up. New brand, website and price list. First shoot, ads live.
Cold plunges launch. First full retreat, filmed start to finish. First hire, if the work's there.
Garden rooms and gyms go live, as the diary allows.
We look at what worked, then plan how we grow in 2028, including when a second crew makes sense.
The numbers
A rough idea, that's all. You haven't been through any of this yet, and none of these costs are fixed. It's what three different sizes of business might look like if we ran this as one company, rather than you on your own. I'd expect the first year to sit nearer Steady, and for us to grow from there.
Steady, closer to year one
Each, for a year at this size, before tax
Target, what we grow to
Each, for a year at this size, before tax
Stretch, if it takes off
Each, for a year at this size, before tax

Why I want this
I've spent years growing other people's businesses from the outside. I want one I'm properly inside.
I love health and wellness. I love a bespoke build. And they look incredible on camera, which you can't say about most trades.
I've already got a full production team working on client jobs. They'd work on ours too.
This isn't me helping you out, and it isn't you carrying me. We'd both have skin in it, with your name and your hands on one side and my money and my team on the other. If you really want to scale this, I'd love to do it with you, as a team.
To talk through
Have a read. Then let's sit down and pull it apart.
